(NAF) YEAR 2021 BUDGET GUIDANCE UPDATE
A. ALCGPSC 116/20
1. The Nonpay Compensation Program Board of Directors approved a per
capita distribution of 50 dollars for NAF Year 2021 at the March 2021
meeting. Ref A provided several planning factors to assist commands
in developing their 2021 NAF budgets. Here are updates to those
factors:
a. A one percent increase for a cost of living allowance is in effect.
b. The employer’s cost of health care premiums for eligible NAF employees
will increase an average of 12.5 percent compared to last year.
c. Other factors for worker’s compensation claims, retirement payments,
tuition assistance, liability insurance premium payments, and payment
card industry compliance expenses remain the same as in ref A.
