ALCGPSC 011/26: FY26 MORALE, WELL-BEING, AND RECREATION (MWR) CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT FUND (CIF) - FINAL AWARDED PROJECT LIST
The Community Services Command (CSC) solicited
for MWR CIF projects. 186 projects valued at $14.4M were submitted.
Of those, 63 projects valued at $3M were selected this year by the
MWR Capital Investment Board (CIB). Additionally, 22 projects from
FY25, totaling $2M, will be rolled over into the FY26 execution
plan.

ALCGPSC 010/26: COAST GUARD EXCHANGE SYSTEM (CGX) SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Coast Guard Exchange System's (CGX's) Scholarship Program
provides scholarships to student dependents of Coast Guard active
duty, reserve, or retired members, current civilian employees
(non-appropriated or appropriated fund), and current Coast Guard
auxiliarists who meet the eligibility requirements of Ref A.
a. Scholarships are awarded in the amount of $2,000 and will
be awarded to the most outstanding applicants based upon academic
achievement, accomplishments, interests, participation, and
demonstrated leadership in both school-oriented and community/
volunteer activities.

ALCGPSC 009/26: 2026 COAST GUARD SPORTS PARTICIPATION GRANT PROGRAM
ALCGPSC 009/26 announced that the Coast Guard recognizes sports as an essential component of
health, physical fitness, and mission readiness. To support
active-duty members, the Community Services Command (CSC) MWR
Program provides non-appropriated fund (NAF) assistance to help
offset costs associated with authorized individual sports
competitions through their Sports Participation Grant Program.

The Coast Guard is looking for members to apply to join the Armed Forces Sports Program, which offers active-duty members the chance to represent the Service and compete with the other branches on the national and international stage. The Coast Guard competes alongside the Navy on All-Navy Sports teams against the other branches — except in rugby and golf, where the Service fields its own teams.
