(NAF) YEAR 2025 BUDGET GUIDANCE UPDATE

A. ALCGPSC 121/24

1. The Non Pay Compensation Program Board of Directors approved a formalized 40 percent profit share between the CG Exchange (CGX) and CG MWR. In addition to the approved 55 dollar per capita NAF Year 2025 distribution, due to CGX success in FY24, this year CSC will distribute a bonus 15 dollars per capita. The bonus will be distributed during the second quarter following CSC’s receipt of quarterly reports.

2. Ref A provided several planning factors to assist commands develop their 2025 NAF budgets. Updates to those factors include:

a. A 4.1 percent cost of living adjustment. This increase for eligible NAF employees took effect on 04 Feb 2025 and is reflected in the appropriate NAF employees' pay.

b. The employer's share of health care premiums for eligible NAF employees increased 12.5 percent over the employer's share from last year.

c. Other factors for worker's compensation claims, retirement payments, Tuition Assistance, liability insurance premium payments, and Payment Card Industry compliance expenses remain unchanged from Ref A.

3. CSC MWR will fund several initiatives this year in support of the field to include the Single Coasties Program, salary support for field MWR internships, and installation of a network of security cameras in all Youth Centers and Food and Beverage locations service-wide.
